tell us the funder and the deadline — we’ll take it from there.
Whether it’s a call for proposals already open in a browser tab or a hunch that there’s money out there for your program, start with a note or a phone call. No form letters back — a real reply, in plain language, within one working day.
the doors that are open
four honest ways to get a hold of us.
start a proposal
send us the shape of it.
tell us the funder, the deadline, and the program — the rest we can pull out of you on the call.
the hours we keep
before the listening call
a few things to have within reach.
None of this is a barrier — if you only have a rough idea and a deadline, we’ll still take the call. But when these are on the desk, the forty-five minutes go further.

01
the call for proposals
A link or a PDF of the funder’s guidelines. If the portal isn’t open yet, the name of the program is plenty to start hunting.
-
02
last year’s numbers
Your operating budget and, if you have it, a recent audit or 990. It grounds the ask in something a reviewer can trust.
-
03
the story you tell donors
Who your program serves, in your own words. We’d rather hear you say it than read it off a brochure.
-
04
the hard deadline
The exact submission date and time zone. If it’s tight, tell us on the first call so we can build the calendar backward from it.

skip the small talk — pick a package.
the narrative
Writing only — you bring the funder and the budget, we hand back a narrative built to the page and character limits.

Funder research through submission — narrative, reconciling budget, attachments assembled and filed in the portal for you.
